Marketing/Admissions Coordinator Position 

Position Summary:

The Marketing/Admissions Coordinator at Holy Cross Academy must be a practicing Christian passionate about serving in a high-spirited, progressive learning environment that supports the health, welfare, safety, and spirit of our students, faculty, and staff. The Marketing/Admissions Coordinator coordinates and oversees marketing and admissions efforts.

This position is responsible for developing integrated marketing and admission plans, and communications plans, managing campaigns, and overseeing the execution of assets to help advance market objectives, brand, and impact goals for Holy Cross Academy. Marketing planning responsibilities may include creating and monitoring recruiting and admission processes, management of advertising campaigns, audience targeting, integrated channel mix, execution, and performance analysis within each plan. Responsible for collaborating with stakeholders (HCA leaders, teachers, parents, donors, gala, and other fundraising committees) to deliver consistent messaging, content, and assets across all channels. Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders to meet the business needs and successfully implement assigned marketing plans. Work closely with the Administration to connect with prospective students to increase enrollment.

Duties to Perform: 

  • Make sure the appropriate programs are in place to attract and retain students.
  • Create materials that will promote our school community.
  • Be the keeper of the branding guide.
  • Leads/serves on the Marketing Committee and other related committees.
  • Work with the Gala and other fundraising committees.
  • Create and order materials and supplies as needed.
  • Communicate with prospective families about enrolling at HCA.
  • Work with building administrators and secretaries to coordinate visits.
  • Works with and develops relationships with area Day Care Centers.
  • Leads/serves on the Admissions Committee.
  • Leads, coordinates, and works with the HCA Angel Families committee.
  • Develop, implement, and execute marketing plans—lead creation of marketing programs, project management framework, and toolkit deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external strategic partners to implement, and ensure planned assets are distributed in alignment with overall marketing strategies across owned, paid, and earned channels that engage the targeted audiences and increase awareness and enrollment. Recommend new opportunities to leverage existing channels or pilot new channels.
  • Document and analyze campaign performance such as effectiveness, opportunities, and lessons learned to inform future optimization recommendations.
  • Create advancement/donor communications.
  • Develop a timeline to implement the Marketing/Admission Plan.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Primary Campus Learning Consultant Position

Position Summary:

The learning consultant at Holy Cross Academy must be a practicing Christian who is passionate about fostering, developing, and evaluating a high-spirited, progressive learning environment which supports the health, welfare, safety and spirit of our students, faculty and parents.

Skills & Attitudes Required for Success:

  • Certified teacher with experience in working with students with learning needs. Special Education certification is preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Displays excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with educators, families, and community leaders effectively.
  • Obtain appropriate information regarding students’ specific needs and diagnoses.
  • Maintain learning profiles and building plans for students with specific learning needs.
  • Manage evaluation referrals and special services.
  • Coordinate with the learning consultants at our other HCA campuses.
  • Serves as a learning resource to students and parents.
  • Works with teachers to provide in-class instruction that meets diverse learning needs.
  • Participates in parent meetings and conferences and acts as intermediary between parents, teachers, and students when the need arises.
  • Is student-focused and nurtures a caring and inclusive school environment.
  • Communicates with faculty, staff, and parents regularly and in a joyful, supportive manner.

School Bus Driver

HCA is seeking a professional school bus driver to transport our students from campus to campus. You will be responsible for transporting HCA students to 4 different campuses. There are also opportunities to transport students and staff on field trips.

School bus driver duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide students with a safe environment on the school bus.
  • Monitor students on the bus.
  • Maintain a clean and safe bus.
  • Developing relationships with faculty, staff, and students.

  • Ensure compliance with school bus laws.

Other Information:

  • Ability to move from campus to campus.
  • This is an hourly position, 3-4 hours a day, 5 days a week.
  • Work days/hours are from approximately 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. from August to May when school is in session.

Primary Campus - Part-Time Teacher's Aide

The Teacher Aide will assist the classroom teacher in providing supplementary instruction, skill reinforcement, supervision, and enrichment to individuals or groups of students. The Teacher Aide will also help with clerical duties as needed.

Candidates must enjoy working with children, be flexible and able to collaborate with teachers and be capable of positively supervising students and maintaining order. Experience in education is preferred but not required.
