Parent & Student Handbook

For the Academy to function successfully, staff, parents, and students must work together in a spirit of mutual respect and trust. Essential to this spirit is a common agreement regarding the standards, policies, and procedures flowing from the Archdiocesan Policy and Procedure Handbook under which the school operates.

This Student/Parent Handbook contains established policies and procedures for each school year. It is reviewed and updated annually by the HCA administrative team. Since it is not possible for a handbook to address every situation that may arise during a school year, the school administration reserves the right to amend or revoke the policies and procedures in the handbook at any time as circumstances may require. When changes are made to the handbook, parents and students will be informed of the change and its effective date in writing promptly.
