How to Apply
We require families to apply online because it simplifies submission and provides parents the ability to track the status of their child's application. To begin the Online Application process, click here to Create an Account. Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account to access your open application.
A non-refundable fee of $20 per student is charged by the application processing company with each application submission.
After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. In addition, you will be able to print the completed application, monitor when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms and, if necessary, reprint the forms.

How to Re-enroll
FACTS Management gives you, the busy parent, the opportunity to get more involved in your child's academic progress and future success – all via the Internet!
FACTS Family Portal is a private and secure parents' portal that allows parents to re-enroll each returning student in Holy Cross Academy. Additionally, the FACTS Family Portal provides parents access to academic information specific to their children, while protecting their children's information from others. You may view your child's grades, attendance, homework, and conduct throughout the year, as well as other useful school information. You can also communicate with teachers and other school staff online when necessary.
Here's how to access our easy-to-use Family Online Portal:
- In Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Internet Explorer go to www.factsmgt.com (or click on the portal link located on the top right corner of the website). Next, click Parent Login, then select FACTS Family Portal (ParentsWeb).
- Type the school's District Code: HCA-MO and your password.
